“Brand New You” – Training Course στη Ρίγα της Λετονίας

A lively example is the participation of Chrysostomos who spent 1 week in Latvia as a part of Erasmus Plus Training Course. He had the chance to be at the local youth center Piepildīto sapņu istaba and to obtain not only new skills but also to build new friendships and meet people from all over Europe. He also had the opportunity to introduce himself to various personal branding techniques and explore how these could be used in his professional and personal development. Also, he explored ways to improve his communication and presentation skills and how to increase his job satisfaction and motivation preventing possible burnouts.

As Chrysostomos shared with us: ”The training course ‘Brand New You’ was a great opportunity for me to travel to Latvia, to meet amazing people and to make new friendships. After this course, I feel completely ‘brand new’ because I have on my mind all the things I have been taught during the course and of course I can apply them in my personal and professional life. Once again I would like to thank the Cyprus Youth Clubs Organisation- KOKEN for this opportunity as well as the hosting organization Piepildīto sapņu istaba for this great experience”.
